Yolanda Arias Vice President, Operations & Human Resources
As Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ Vice President of Operations & Human Resources, Yolanda is a member of the Senior Management team and responsible for providing leadership and guidance on matters related to organizational development. Prior to joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in January of 2000, Yolanda gained organizational experience in the health care field for more than 13 years.
Yolanda earned her B.S. in Health Services Administration from Lehman College - The City University of New York. She also holds certificates in Human Resources Studies from School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and in HR in Alignment and as a Human Resources Generalist from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Additionally, she has taken courses in the Certificate in Grantmaking and Foundations program at the New York University’s George H. Heyman, Jr., Center for Philanthropy.
