
Amélie Thouvenot
Program CoordinatorAmélie works with the Sponsored Projects & Funds team where she oversees a portfolio spanning a variety of issues areas including health, education, and arts & culture. As a key contact for client relationships, Amélie ensures efficient operations and programmatic implementation. Leveraging her experience and quantitative background, Amélie brings an analytical mindset to her work and enjoys building relationships across teams and RPA partners.
Before joining RPA in September 2021, Amélie worked at Root Capital, where she supported financial planning, forecasting, and reporting functions for the nonprofit’s lending services to agricultural businesses around the world. Within the context of impact investing, Amélie has conducted risk analysis and evaluated portfolio performance, from a financial standpoint as well as social and environmental impacts.
Growing up, Amélie moved between France, Brazil, and the United States. Her passion for the nonprofit and social impact sectors can be traced back to her international experiences. She is fluent in French and Portuguese, and conversational in Spanish.
Amélie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics from Yale University. Outside of work, Amélie loves to cook and experiment with new recipes, travel, and attend concerts wide ranging in genres, from rock to opera.
