Esther Akitobi

Esther joined the Grants and Knowledge Management team in 2022 in the role of Grants Administrator. She supports the management and implementation of all components of grants processing, both from donors and to grantees.

Before joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Esther worked at the Urban Institute where she administered government and foundation grants, contracts, and subawards for social and economic policy research projects. Prior to this, she provided research administration services to military, medical, academic, and government clients at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, managing domestic and international subawards and subcontracts under federal grants and cooperative agreements.
