Jacqueline Hartley

Jacqueline supports the Sponsored Projects and Funds team with project management, contracts, payments, and grants management. As a key contact for client relationships, Jacqueline works with our Advisors to ensure efficient operations and services. Her client portfolio spans the issue-areas of environment, rights, and global development.

Before joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in the summer of 2021, Jacqueline managed the implementation of process and operational improvements for an industrial supply company. Prior to that, she held analyst roles at several non-profits including the Global Reporting Initiative and Accion’s Global Investments fund.

Jacqueline has a B.A. in International Relations with a focus in International Business from American University and a certificate in French language from Paris-Sorbonne University. Outside of work, Jacqueline is an avid hiker, cyclist, and scuba diver.
