Liz Donohue

Grants Administrator

Liz joined the Sponsored Projects and Funds team in April 2014 and is responsible for processing grant recommendations on behalf of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisor’s clients to grantees around the world. She serves as a resource for due diligence and compliance, ensures procedures reflect grantmaking best practices, and maintains the grants management database.

Prior to joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Liz was the Grants Administrator at FJC, where she coordinated the grantmaking for Donor Advised Fund and Collective Giving Fund clients and assisted in transitioning the organization to a new grants management system.

Liz graduated from Fordham University with a B.S. in Business Administration and is pursuing a Masters of Public Administration at CUNY Baruch College. She is on the Steering Committee for the New York Regional Chapter of PEAK Grantmaking and volunteers with organizations devoted to assisting individuals experiencing homelessness and individuals who are currently incarcerated. She hails from Brooklyn, where she is often found training for her next half-marathon and eating all the pizza her neighborhood has to offer.
