Theresa BoylanProgram Coordinator
Theresa joined Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ in June 2013 and is a Program Coordinator on the Sponsored Projects and Funds team in the San Francisco office. She supports a diverse range of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ fiscally sponsored projects and donor collaboratives, including those focused on education, financial inclusion, social change and the environment. She collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure projects have the operational resources needed to be effective. Supporting Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ sponsored projects in their important work is the most rewarding part of her job.
Before coming to Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, Theresa developed an interest in nonprofit work as an Outreach Intern with the San Francisco LGBT Pride Celebration Committee, where she helped organize the annual SF Pride Celebration & Parade in 2011 and 2012. She also interned with the American Irish Historical Society in New York.
Originally from the Bay Area, Theresa graduated from New York University in 2012 with a B.A. in History and a minor in Irish Studies. As bridges go, she prefers the western span of the Bay Bridge to the Golden Gate.
