Tim Lau manages Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors’ content strategy, working with RPA staff to develop resources that promote thoughtful and effective philanthropic practice.
Previously, Tim worked with editorial teams at the Brennan Center for Justice, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the Asia Society, where he worked on explanatory writing, research publications, newsletters, and social media campaigns. Prior to joining the nonprofit world, he began his career at Edelman, where he advised clients in the consumer technology sector.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College and a master’s degree from Hunter College at the City University of New York.
