Yogita Naik is a senior human resources executive who works at the intersection of strategy, people and culture to drive performance and growth across international markets, highly regulated industries, non-profit sectors and Fortune 100 companies. Yogita is recognized for bringing an analytics-driven, strategic yet pragmatic approach to human capital decisions and solutions. She is a sought-after advisor to CEOs and other C-suite business executives for all leadership and human capital management matters.

Yogita comes to RPA with deep global experience in talent strategy, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and strategic human resources. She has served in Senior HR Executive roles at AXA Equitable, AIG, and Pfizer, working with international teams across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa, Australia and Asia. She has built workforce and talent planning strategies, led major change management initiatives, handled complex regulatory and risk issues, and developed successful DEI programs. RPA’s values are a natural fit for her focus on mission and people.

Born and raised in India, Yogita holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources-Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai, India. Yogita has been invited to speak at various conferences and she also served on her school’s Alumni Board in various capacities. She is a mentor and career coach to university students and HR professionals and helps veterans and their spouses, as a member of American Corporate Partners. Yogita has served as an Adjunct Professor in Leadership and Management at New York University, and a Senior Fellow at the Conference Board.

Yogita is passionate about the importance of education as a human right and a platform for growth, equity and life-opportunities. She believes in learning one new skill every year and is certified in Pastry Techniques from the International Culinary Center.
