Nikki Biratsis
Vice President, TalentNikki Biratsis serves as RPA’s Vice President of Talent, leading the organization’s talent acquisition, learning and development programs, and employee engagement functions. Nikki brings over 20 years of experience in talent management across nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Her work centers on building thoughtful, scalable talent ecosystems that support both high performance and an inclusive, healthy culture. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and connected to meaningful work. Nikki is a proud first-generation Greek American whose experience growing up in her family-owned restaurants shaped her strong work ethic, people-first mindset, and appreciation for community. In her free time, she enjoys working with local animal rescue shelters.
