Resilience Initiative

The Resilience Initiative (RI)  was established in December 2017 as a project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, and funded by the Packard Foundation to build the operational and personal resilience of organizations as they adapt to shifting policy and programmatic demands and increasing challenges to their operations and the wellbeing of their staff.

Today, the Initiative provides resources that address both the challenge of navigating the COVID 19 pandemic along with the uncertainty created by the political climate. As of Fall 2020, the RI is offering supports to over 200 invited organizations, all of which are grantees of the Packard Foundation, with a range of flexible, easy to access, bite-size offerings to help them jumpstart their operational and personal resilience.
