Elizabeth (Lizzie) Roth

Lizzie Roth leads Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisor’s HR Operations efforts and commitment to maximizing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the organization. As a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to RPA’s Executive Team Leaders, Lizzie delivers end-to-end People and Culture solutions across all RPA employees (Core and Sponsored Projects). As VP of DEI and HR Operations, Lizzie leads a dedicated team of HRBPS and Centers of Expertise (COEs) to implement an integrated DEI and Talent Strategy and guides the execution of HR programs, processes and strategic initiatives.

Before joining Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in 2023, Lizzie held multiple leadership roles across HR, talent, DEI and organizational effectiveness. Building on her early career providing people and change consulting expertise for clients across a variety of global markets and industries, most recently Lizzie has focused on creating and executing multi-faceted talent strategies for major professional services and BPO organizations, including PwC, KPMG and Concentrix.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, Lizzie has gained experience working in both Europe and the US, in both national and global roles. She currently lives in Rochester, NY with her family, enjoys playing tennis, singing in a local community choir and volunteering in her local community.
