As HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition specialist, Nikki supports the existing team with HR needs as well as the growth of the organization.

Nikki brings 20+ years of experience in leadership, training and talent acquisition across multiple sectors. The past 14 years she was heavily focused on recruitment at the executive level within healthcare organizations nationwide in; community, university, for-profit, and not-for-profit hospitals.

Nikki is a first-generation Greek-American who was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. While she will always be a Buckeye at heart, she now resides in central Florida with her husband, daughter and two rescue puppies. She has a love for travel and learning about different cultures and ways of life.
