Co-CEO & President
A. Nicole (Nic) Campbell
Nicole Campbell is Co-CEO and President of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA), where she helps philanthropists, collaboratives, and nonprofits design effective strategies and structures to achieve impact. With more than two decades of legal, governance, and operational experience, Nic has advised leaders and boards across the globe on grantmaking, organizational design, and governance. She is also the founder of the Build Up Companies, a federated group dedicated to strengthening the capacity of systems-change grantmakers to transform outcomes for vulnerable and historically marginalized communities worldwide. Prior to RPA, Nic served in senior roles at Dalio Philanthropies, Open Society Foundations, and The New York Community Trust, and began her career as a tax attorney. She holds a B.S. from MIT, a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law, as well as a Certification in Executive Leadership from INSEAD.

Alta Buden is a New York–based visual artist whose work explores the intersection of environment, science, and mysticism. She has exhibited in Chicago and New York, collaborated with scientists at the Field Museum, and received a Pollock-Krasner Fellowship. Alta holds an MFA from Hunter College in Visual Arts.

Ana Marie Argilagos
President & CEO, Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP)
With over 20 years of leadership across philanthropy, government, and nonprofits, Ana Marie Argilagos is a recognized champion for Latino communities. Before joining HIP in 2018, she was Senior Advisor at the Ford Foundation and served as Deputy Assistant Secretary at HUD, where she spearheaded the Office for International and Philanthropic Innovation. Earlier roles include program leadership at the Annie E. Casey Foundation and teaching at NYU’s Wagner School. She serves on the boards of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and is a trustee emerita of Candid and the Chronicle of Philanthropy.

Anisa Kamadoli Costa is a sustainability and philanthropy leader. Prior to her current role as President & Trustee of the Rivian Foundation and Chief Sustainability Officer at Rivian, she served as Tiffany & Co Foundation's Chairman and President as well as Tiffany & Co's first Chief Sustainability Officer, where she shaped the organization's impact strategy. Anisa's board service spans private, family, and corporate foundations as well as nonprofit organizations, including the KERING Foundation in the Americas, the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, Friends of the High Line, and Columbia University's School of International & Public Affairs (SIPA).

Mac Broderick is a seasoned energy and investment executive with extensive strategic leadership in commodities and finance. He currently leads Merchant Strategy at Castleton Commodities International, after roles in strategy at Tellurian and investment banking at JPMorgan. A sixth‑generation Rockefeller, Mac serves on the RPA board, is a member of the Atlantik-Brucke, and was previously a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Sarah has a first-class degree from Oxford and an MPhil in Development Studies from Cambridge.

Vinit Rishi, based in Amman, Jordan, brings global philanthropic expertise through his past leadership at the Oak Foundation, where he served as Director of Administration, Foundation Secretary, and Director of the India Programme. His appointment to RPA’s board in December 2022 reflects deeper engagement in philanthropic strategy.

Walter Sweet
Walter Sweet is Co-CEO and President of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, where he oversees organizational growth and leads global program teams. He previously served as executive in charge of advisory and sponsored project practice, and frequently represents RPA in the press, speaking engagements, and other external activities. Since joining RPA, he has advised foundations and philanthropists on initiatives in health, education, entrepreneurship, and community development, including guiding complex, high-profile philanthropic projects that require sensitivity and strategic insight. Before RPA, Walter was a partner in a family business focused on defense threat reduction in Ukraine. Walter holds a B.A. from Columbia University and is a board member of the Business Outreach Center Network, which aims to help disadvantaged entrepreneurs access resources to launch their businesses. Walter is the proud parent of two children and lives in New York.
